Welcome to my website.  I am a psychotherapist in private practice located in Gilford, NH.  I have over 40 years of experience providing therapy to individuals  using a compassionate/direction oriented approach.  I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Masters Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor.  Additionally, I have been a trainer and educator for substance use professionals both Nationally and Internationally and have been called upon by the United States Air Force and Navy to provide training for their addictions counselors.  I had the honor of being the New Hampshire delegate to the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium which develops the standards for Substance Abuse Counselors worldwide for over 20 years and was instrumental in developing a testing mechanism used globally to certify/license Substance Abuse Counselors.  In addition, I also served on the Faculty of the New England Institute of Addictions Studies for over 32 years.
